Dearest Café Brulé family:
Wednesday, Mar 25, 2020, will be our last evening accepting guests to dine-in for a while. It is with heavy but hopeful hearts that we make this decision to benefit the health and safety of our employees, guests, and the community as a whole.
We will continue to offer our full menu for take-out, delivery (for an additional $5 fee), or curbside pick-up! Our take-out and curbside hours will be 8am -7pm (delivery hours will be 11am - 7pm), so you can still get breakfast & coffee (did someone say Breakfast Burrito + Brulé Banger?!), how about a Rueben & Fries for lunch?, and maybe Pasta Alfredo for dinner! You can find our full menu above, and then just give us a call at 605.624.2945 any time to place your order!
We will also continue to offer all of our amazing desserts, from cake to cupcakes, eclairs, and pie, because dessert makes everything better! Monica and her team at Café Brulé Cakes will still be here making beautiful, decadent cakes to brighten your day!
As always, we are so grateful to our staff who has stood with us, and we will keep fighting together, but at a safe distance for now :)
We wish you all health, strength, and patience. And please, for the love of Vermillion, stay home.
Chef Jim, Monica, and all of us at Café Brulé
UPDATE: Mar 16, 2020
In an effort to maintain the safest possible environment for our guests, we have further stepped our efforts to minimize any possible contamination on many fronts. Each of our guests receive a fresh menu that has either been freshly printed or sanitized. Every table in the dining area is sanitized after every guest, including all surfaces, menus, salt & pepper shakers, and table caddy.
In addition, all commonly touch surfaces, such as our computer screens, door handles, and service stations, are cleaned and sanitized every 15 minutes.
We are also allowing all guests, whenever possible, to choose their seat. Our hope is that every one of our guests feels as safe and comfortable as possible, and that we follow as many of the CDC suggestions regarding social distancing as is possible in our environment.
Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns you may have, and be sure to follow our Facebook page for all current updates.

Café Brulé is working proactively to protect the health of our guests and employees against this Coronavirus pandemic. We are currently open and continuing as scheduled unless otherwise announced. Much love and thanks to all of you who have supported us on this!
Our [current] plan of action regarding Coronavirus includes closely monitoring national, state, and local health authorities for their recommendations regarding the general public and business operations. We will follow the recommendations regarding safety and precautionary measures issued by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
We are committed to clean facilities, including the regular cleaning of objects and areas that are frequently used, such as salt and pepper shakers, table menus, tabletops, bathrooms, counters, door handles, and railings. We have placed additional antibacterial soap and hand sanitizer throughout public and employee areas.
